Role & Responsibility: 

• End to end ownership of the product, you will closely work with the product team to identify and solve users’ problems.
• You will own certain metrics of the products’ performance and drive initiatives towards improvement of those metrics.
• You will be responsible for driving innovation in product and technology development, while improving performance, scalability and maintainability.
• You will own the design, implementation and verification of initiatives .

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of software development, product development experience
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Go,Reactjs etc), relational databases (PostgresQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc), Kubernates
• Constantly learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
• Mentored and led a module.
• An initiator, drive for actions and problem solving
• Passionate to write good code and ready to elevate the standards and practices
• Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

• B.E/BTech/M.S
• Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Call monitoring throughout the shift for the production floor. Do a fixed number of daily audits and ensure 1:1 feedback closure with the advisors.

● To prepare quality related reports using Google Sheets and Google documents and maintain a quality dashboard.

● Assist in the development of the new hires and existing production floor advisors in the process by call monitoring/observation, conducting training on telephonic etiquettes, soft skills, various dispositions and sales techniques..

● Taking On the Job Training (OJT) sessions & responsible for their performance

● Maintain Shift-Brief Records during team huddles & end-of-the-day meetings

● QA will be expected to prepare the SOP , take calls, and demonstrate selling and Objection handling scenarios.

● QA will also be responsible for conducting refresher training delivery to existing advisors on the production floor.

● Working experience of preparing dashboards using Pivots and publishing quality reports using google studio /Google sheets 

Desired Candidate Profile

● Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in auditing sales calls.

● Excellent Hindi, One regional language and English communication skills.

● Exceptional presentation and training skills.

● Yellow belt trained or certified

● One who has working knowledge on Google sheets and has published all kinds of quality reports.

● Effective feedback skills.

● Work flexibility - Open to work 6 days a week at HSR location Dehradun Uk location
